Our refund policy is that All Sales are Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. We do not accept returns.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Cancellation – Vacating the Unit
Monthly rent is due the 1st of each month. To cancel the lease of your unit you must notify us before the next month begins.
